Awkard outfit post

This pic wasn't intended to be an outfit post but hey here it is. I took this pic because Ive been having trouble waking up in the morning and leaving the house, but today i did and I looked ok. Thanks to Queen Bey for being the soundtrack to my wake. Yes I wore this to work and I'm 21 #notgivingadamn

I think I've been letting my self go, and this blog. So I've decided to take it step by step and do one super thing per day that makes me proud of my self. Today I signed up to the gym. I've never been to the gym before and I've never used a gym before. Lets just see how ell this goes. I haven't been eating well for a very long time and my health isn't looking great so I'm going to do more things to get better. Which also means an influx of selfies!

Got a piercing in my right tragus

Now, this is a photo booth pic so its flipped. Getting my piercing really made me think about my hairline parting. Not the most exciting thing I know but they can be important. Unlike most people, I have my parting on the right. Its mostly because my ideal hair do has a 40 edge to it. So I couldn't really have piercing on the opposite side. Thinking about it make me feeling really self-conscious for a bit, but then I hit google images.

 

On a good day I'll have 40's hair with a cool punk stud. Sums me up really lol.

Hello!

I went through an all black phase when i was younger then mum was like NONONONO wear colour, stop dressing so depressing blah blah blah WELL ITS BACK i love my new black varsity jacket and it loves me also bought a tonne of black clothing to last me the rest of the year. WEAR WHAT YOU ARE HAPPIEST IN!

SusuanaLoves New Hotpants

Ok so they are technically knicker shorts. But anyway. I now have something to wear if I get invited to a super hero party in the future. I got them from River Island via ASOS. Ooo and that's a new top too, Ive got three of those tops in different colours, and this was all just a bot of an impulse buy because Ive been feeling very crappy lately and unable to finish this 5000 word essay. But hey, it brightened up my afternoon :P

Went to the ball!

I went to societies ball the other night, didn't actually get many pictures because we were so busy. I had  beautiful dress though and had bought a brand new faux fur coat from Portobello road! It was a really good price and I love it! Though I got it soaked and it's take a while to dry but it is the warmest thing ever otherwise! Here is a picture of me and my friend Tom when we arrived at the Hotel. Wow I remember the days when I used tho wear eyeliner/mascara - those days need to come back tbh lol

Super busy at uni at the moment, got a 2.1 for the first mark of my dissertation and working hard o finish my last year CAN NOT WAIT TO GET THIS OVER AND DONE WITH ALREADY!

SusuanaLove: Leotard Reality

So yesterday, was a bit of a naughty day. Since I haven't really been out since the beginning of January I thought i treat my self ... allot. This was one of my purchases. If you like its available online too! just click here. Now, I've always wanted one of these, but now I have one I'm not sure what to do with it. See its backless and armless so I have to get my self confidence hat on because my back and my arms aren't my favourite bits of my body.    

I was thinking to would look with a leather (fake because I'm a vegetarian) jacket or this cool bomber jacket that I've yet to wear which I bought last year.  Though, it's the bottoms which I'm most puzzled by.  In an ideal world where sexual harassment did not exist and people learnt to keep their hands to themselves unless they are told otherwise ( + preferably not cold London) I'd put on some tights and wedges/hi-tops that would be it. I had loads of ideas for this piece but now they've floated off, and Im struggling over the no bra/ bra/ buy a special bra - decision. Any idea fellow bloggers?

Not that I can afford to buy anything at the moment HOWEVER I couldn't help but come across the BEST TIGHTS EVER. I saw a photo on my feed on facebook and I was like DEM TIGHTS!

They are from a legwear boutique in Tokyo so wayyy too far for me :( Its like BlackMilk all over again COME TO LONDON! They look like tattoooosss they make me want to sit down with a permeant marker and go over my legs! Ok maybe that thats a bit too far BUT STILL! SEE MORE PICS HERE

SusuanaLove: Suitcase kid

Hi!

So! Summer is basically here, (well sort of if you live in England). Anyway, my favourite coat happens to my nave toggle coat witch sort of makes me look like paddington bear. It may look a bit wintery but I've finally got something to complete my look! I've even put even to practical use! Presenting my new camera + gear case.

ITS A MINI BRIEFCASE! I got it for £5 In Camden Stables Market

Its a bit scruffy but it I guess its because it's vintage; it also comes with keys and its all wooden inside, and REALLY Cute! I don't think this photo does it justice, it's a little bit smaller than a A3 piece of paper and I love taking my camera out of it. Ive started sticking stickers inside and I may start decorating the outside :) Bellow are some images of other suitcases if you are not yet convinced of their awesomeness :)

SusuanaLove Novel/Art Work: The Story of Jade-Pharrell

Hi Everyone 

Todays post has been scheduled and Im actually writing this on Sunday. Ive been so busy, Ive (thank the Lord) found a job! as a waitress and waiting to hear if I have a second one. Ive also had my first live filming+photography job last night 0.o and boy that was tiresome and Ive spent all day editing exporting etc. I have work most of Today (Monday) so I wont be able to post this.

Anyway that's not what this is post is about, this post is about my story The story of Jade-Pharrell, one of the two main characters Jade-Pharrell is 7 years old today. I cant beieve I made this so long ago. Now I reviving and in my spare time trying hard to write the full novel that comes along side art work. The story is set on another world called Maya which legend say is linked to this world and other dimensions through portals, in the mountains that surround the flat island planet that only portal guardians can find. A child is born called Kim-Marie who has portal guardian powers but denies them. Her younger sister who she becomes guardian of after they become orphans, loves the tales of the portal guardian ancestors who it is rumoured to have. An evil source who is trying to get to this world steals and empowers the portal guardian mutation in Jade-Pharrell away and loses her on earth when Kim-Marie denies her power. Kim-Marie must comes to terms with her gifts to save the only family left and Jade-Pharrell must survive on her own while trying to recall the life she use to live while stranded on a foreign planet.

On the right is Jade-Pharrell after evil source partly transforms her. (she goes really pale and ghostly-like) The one the left is Kim-Marie

 

The theme for this would is neo-steam punk and so is the fashion, so I've been trying to work some designs for clothing.

This summer Ive seemed to have discovered the wonderfulness of dusky pink and light reddy pink. These are some the items I bought in Camden Last weekend :3

Sweet pair of earrings I got in Sale at Select, they have all my new fav colours. The CD, Draped Cardigan and Corset stand I bagged at at total of £5 - I haggle hard (with a smile) And the cupcake was a gift :P. Ive recently started an internship at London Art Portfolio making an animation will do a huge post about it soon :D
